We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join our team!

The Energy Efficiency Program Manager position is a part-time opportunity and based in Denver, CO. The program manager will be responsible for advising Ensight Energy’s clients on energy efficiency and energy resilience projects.

  • Determine energy use and GHG emissions in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
  •  Conduct energy audits.
  •  Verify energy efficiency measure installation, install metering equipment, and/or collect relevant data.
  •  Identify, implement, verify, and monitor energy conservation measures.
  •  Support energy planning, including development of energy management plan.
  • Provide energy training and support awareness initiatives.
  •  Develop building energy models and conduct design reviews.
  •  Assist interdisciplinary teams.
  •  Develop report documenting energy efficiency solutions.
  •  Ensure adherence to client’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs.
  • Degree in engineering, science, finance, or related field
  •  Prior experience with commercial buildings and energy efficiency
  •  Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
  •  Strong project management skills
  •  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  •  Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  •  Valid Driver’s License
  •  Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

    We are seeking a Renewable Energy Project Engineer to join our team!

    The Project Engineer is a full-time opportunity and based in Denver, CO. As a part of the Ensight Energy team, you will be responsible for advising Ensight Energy’s clients on renewable energy, and energy resilience projects.

    • Prepare and/or review technical due diligence reports utilized for the purpose of project finance
    • Provide technical input and/or direction to project team  
    • Guide projects through the full technical due diligence process
    • Review commissioning test procedures and results
    • Conduct construction monitoring site visits 
    • Ensures project work, including report generation, is completed within budget and goals of client and team are met
    • Review, evaluate and opine on equipment specifications
    • Review and evaluate project contractual agreements
    • Degree in engineering, science, finance, or related field
    • 2+ years prior consulting or engineering experience in renewable energy
    • Experience working effectively with technical and commercial business stakeholders, including strong facilitation skills
    • Renewable energy consulting or development experience
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
    • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
    • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

      The Environmental Consultant is a full-time opportunity and based in Denver, CO. As a part of the Ensight Energy team, you will be responsible for advising Ensight Energy’s clients on environmental compliance, land permitting and regulations for renewable energy projects.

      • Review and evaluate local, state and federal permits and licenses required for the construction and operation of renewable energy projects
      • Conduct due diligence reviews and environmental risk assessments for renewable energy projects
      • Evaluate key permits and applicable environmental regulations to assess the project’s ability to meet and maintain permit compliance
      • Prepare and/or review technical due diligence reports relating to the environmental and permitting status, risk assessment, regulations and requirements
      • Assist interdisciplinary teams in tracking environmental rules and regulations
      • Ensure adherence to client’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs
      • Degree in engineering, environmental science or related field
      • Prior experience in environmental engineering, regulatory and compliance for renewable energy projects
      • GIS experience
      • Strong project management skills
      • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
      • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
